2. Explain about reminder letter

This reminder letter is made to remind the customers to pay their bills before the payment due. This letter is addressed to Mr. stevan to immediately pay off the bill.

Surat  pengingat ini dibuat untuk mengingatkan para pelanggan untuk membayar tagihannya sebelum jatuh tempo yang sudah di tentukan.Surat ini di tujukan kepada bapak Richard dari Multimed Comapny agar segera melunasi tagihannya.

3. Explain the importance of the letter

The reason I chose to create a reminder letter is because it is very useful to remind someone of the bill and I want to learn how to speak good grammar. Because it makes a reminder letter was not easy. If not skilled in making the letter, could have offended customers. We have to write sentences with emphatic firm but still maintain good business ethics.

Alasan saya memilih membuat surat pengingat adalah karena surat ini sangat berguna untuk mengingatkan seseorang akan tagihannya dan saya ingin mempelajari tata cara berbahasa yang baik. Karena membuat surat pengingat tidak mudah. Jika tidak terampil dalam membuat surat, bisa saja customer tersinggung. Kita harus menulis surat dengan kalimat tegas tetapi tetap menjaga etika bisnis yang baik.
